Our hospitable house is situated in a scenic location in the middle of the "Monschauer Heckenland" and borders directly on the nature reserve "Hohes Venn" nature reserve (one of the most famous high moor areas in Europe) as well as the "Eifel National Park" and thus offers those seeking relaxation a wide range of vacation options - at any time of year!

The spacious, comfortably furnished vacation apartment (85 square meters) for 2 to 4 people with a view of the High Fens is located in a quiet, wooded area on the outskirts of Monschau/Kalterherberg. It has a roof terrace with a panoramic view of the High Fens, plenty of parking spaces at the house, parking facilities for bicycles inside the house are available.

WLAN (WiFi) and charging facilities for electric bicycles are free of charge.
