Vacation homes "Rotes Haus", "Graues Haus", "Blaues Haus": Light-flooded, ecological new buildings with modern comfort furnishings and exclusive equipment in an idyllic Eifel village on the Hohes Venn moor. Healthy indoor climate, warm atmosphere (clay plaster and natural materials, allergy-friendly/disabled-friendly) Very quiet location, directly on the premium hiking trail "Eifelsteig", and only 2 minutes from the center of Mützenich. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours. Dogs are allowed in the Grauen Haus by prior arrangement.

The vacation apartment is situated in a quiet location above the lake in Rurberg. It is contemporary and tastefully furnished. The apartment is laid out in maisonette style. Two bedrooms each have their own terrace access. The third bedroom is located on the inside (without a window).

You can look forward to modern facilities within old walls. The house was built at the end of the 19th century. The renovated 55m² vacation apartment has been ready since May 2020. The existing rooms have been almost completely gutted and rebuilt. A careful approach was taken to preserve the charm of the old house. Only the subfloor could not be renewed for structural reasons. The apartment is located on the second floor and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities.

Our two vacation apartments are located in an old farmhouse in the beautiful Eifel village of Nideggen-Schmidt, on the edge of the Eifel National Park. Both apartments are family-friendly. The "Schöne Aussicht" (beautiful view) with a magnificent view over the Rursee is only a few minutes' walk away.
