The apartment is located in a typical Eifel half-timbered house, on the second floor, in a quiet location next to the Eifel National Park, close to the daffodil meadows, a national park gate, circular hiking trails and cross-country skiing opportunities.

The vacation apartment is located on the outskirts of the village close to the forest with a wonderful view over the neighboring Eifel forests. Ideal for hikers and cyclists. Lake Rursee and the Eifel National Park are approx. 1 to 2 km away.

Quiet, centrally located apartment with separate entrance & covered terrace. Large living area with sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom & bathroom with shower/WC. Hiking trails lead directly to the Eifel National Park, the Rursee lake is only 300 m away - ideal for relaxing.

You can look forward to modern facilities within old walls. The house was built at the end of the 19th century. The renovated 55m² vacation apartment has been ready since May 2020. The existing rooms have been almost completely gutted and rebuilt. A careful approach was taken to preserve the charm of the old house. Only the subfloor could not be renewed for structural reasons. The apartment is located on the second floor and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities.

This modern vacation apartment is located in the village of Nideggen-Schmidt, on the edge of the Eifel National Park, and is suitable for 6 people in an architecturally interesting wooden house. It is largely barrier-free and an ideal starting point for excursions and hikes. we look forward to your visit!
