Romantic Rur Valley - 7.4 km hike Starting point: Dreistegen hiking parking lot


Pure nature and places steeped in history characterize the hiking trail on both sides of the Rur. From the hiking parking lot, the trail first leads back to the road. On the opposite side, the buildings of a former rag wool factory are reminiscent of the time when Monschau was one of Europe's cloth-making centers. The former machine house is now home to a sculptor's studio.
