The modern "Weiher Lounge" vacation apartment is located in the tranquil Simmerath district of Huppenbroich in the immediate vicinity of the "Dorf-Weiher" pond. Beautiful walks and hikes are possible directly from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house with its own entrance. All rooms are on the same floor.

The apartment offers approx. 65 m² of space for up to 3 people.

The cozy living room has SAT-TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed (180x200); the second bedroom has a single bed (90x200).

    Located on the outskirts of Schmidt, right at the boundary of the Eifel National Park, the house Anne (semi-detached) combines relaxation in the forest with a magnificent view over the Rur Lake. The house accommodates four to six people. Two terraces invite you to sunbathe. The fully equipped kitchen has a serving hatch to the friendly dining room. From there, you enter a bright, cozy living room furnished with a sofa and armchair. Numerous hiking trails pass right by the house. The log cabin forms a unit with the neighboring house, which is privately used by the landlords. House Anne has a separate entrance.     You can look forward to modern facilities within old walls. The house was built at the end of the 19th century. The renovated 55m² vacation apartment has been ready since May 2020. The existing rooms have been almost completely gutted and rebuilt. A careful approach was taken to preserve the charm of the old house. Only the subfloor could not be renewed for structural reasons. The apartment is located on the second floor and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with disabilities.
