The modern and stylish vacation rental “Zimmermann’s Lounge 7” is centrally located in the Konzen district. Hiking trails are just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Imgenbroich shopping center is just a few minutes’ drive away.

In the Konzen district, you’ll find a scenic overlook, the starting point for the Vennbahn Ravel Route, and a small playground.

The apartment has a separate entrance.

With approximately 85 m² of space, the apartment can accommodate 3 people.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building. There is a coat closet in the lower part of the apartment; a staircase leads to all other rooms in the vacation rental.

The high-quality living room features a sleeper sofa for the third person and satellite TV.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and a filter coffee maker.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV. 

The bathroom features a sink, shower, and toilet.

Several parking spaces are available at the building.

Perfect for self-catering: There is a snack bar and a small grocery store with a butcher’s counter in the same building.
