The new vacation home with its 76 square meters offers space for two people.living and dining room are comfortably and generously furnished and face south with a view of a large garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a covered and furnished terrace right next to the living room.bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor.a separate toilet is available on the ground floor.the house is in a quiet location.shopping facilities and bakery are within walking distance.the location is two kilometers from the Rursee and Eschauel beach, ideal starting point for a variety of activities related to sports and leisure.bikers are also welcome; garage use can be offered.

The 40 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also a work area. The apartment has an outdoor area with a barbecue. A communal outdoor area with garden is also available.

The free-standing house (about 70 sqm) with a fenced garden is located on the outskirts of Einruhr and is situated directly on the edge of the forest. The modern furnishings provide comfort for two people for a relaxing vacation. All rooms are on the ground floor: bedroom (for 2 people), bathroom with shower, open-plan living area with adjoining kitchen. The unusual octagonal design gives the holiday home a very special, bright atmosphere during the day; at night, you can gaze at the stars. Enjoy the many possibilities to shape your day: on the large terrace, you can soak up the sun. A covered pavilion also offers the opportunity to spend the day/evening outdoors even in less favorable weather. The Octagon holiday home is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig and in the national park or around the Rursee. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the natural swimming pool Einruhr as well as the ship landing stage of the 'white fleet'. Many dining establishments can also be reached within a few minutes on foot. In about 30 minutes by car, you can reach the imperial city of Aachen. Our house is a non-smoking house. Bringing a small dog is possible by arrangement. A carport and several parking spaces are located directly at the house. We look forward to your visit.
