The famous Eifelsteig trail and the historic old town of Monschau are just a few minutes' walk away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vennbahnweg/Ravel can also be reached in a few minutes by bike. This charming vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance. An elegant spiral staircase leads you up to all the rooms, which are located on the top floor of the house. The spacious 80 m² apartment offers comfortable space for two people. A checkroom and a separate guest WC await you on the first floor. All other rooms are located on the top floor. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and the decorative fireplace in the living room area creates a cozy atmosphere. From the dining area you can enjoy a wonderful view over the valley of Monschau. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Senseo Twist coffee machine. The cozy bedroom under the sloping roof has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with high-quality mattresses. The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. A parking space is available right outside the front door for easy access. Our flat roof bungalow, Bauhaus style, is situated in a quiet blind-alley next to the forest. Through the beautiful hillside , the view may freely wander over the wooded green valley across to the old town and the castle. The upper floor we inhabit; there are our offices. The lower floors exclusively for our holiday guests.We rent two completely separated apartments, can be booked individually or also together.
