We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old construction method and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.

The 45 m² apartment in Nideggen-Berg offers a perfect location for excursions to the Rureifel and the only national park in North Rhine-Westphalia. A bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away and a special highlight is the private terrace, where a jacuzzi is available on request in the summer months. The apartment also has its own parking space and is just a 10-minute drive from several supermarkets, a post office, a pharmacy and numerous restaurants and stores in the charming old town of Nideggen.

Our vacation apartment is located in the Düttling district of the national park town of Heimbach and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours. Two floors on over 80 square meters offer enough space for three adults or two adults with two children, in addition there is a crib in the large bedroom.
