The distance to the fishable stretch of the Rur is approx. 5-10m.

The property is a residential unit of 105 square meters in the style of a residential loft with its own entrance and garden.

The building was built around 1880 and carefully converted from a former dye works into a residential property.

Fantastically situated directly at the Eifel National Park, numerous marked hiking trails are waiting to be explored. Holland and Belgium, as well as the cities of Monschau, Aachen, Düren can be reached by car in about 30 to 60 minutes, the train station in the neighboring town of Brück in 10 minutes.
