Key pickup is contactless via a key safe. You’ll find it directly to the left of the front door. 

You’ll receive the access code by phone or email after the remaining balance has been transferred.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms where you can fall asleep with the window open to the gentle murmur of the Rur River. Best of all: the beds are already freshly made for you upon your arrival—bed linens are fully included in the price!

  • Bedroom 1: Equipped with a spacious, rustic double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m) for maximum space and comfort.
  • Bedroom 2: Features a cozy French bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), ideal for two additional guests.

Newly Renovated Bathroom

A special highlight is the newly renovated, spacious bathroom. It offers plenty of space, modern amenities, and a walk-in shower—the perfect place to start your day feeling refreshed.
Note on towels: To give you complete flexibility, towels are not included in the base price but can easily be added as an optional extra upon request.

Our vacation rental is situated in a true oasis of tranquility right on the Rur River. Here, instead of street noise, you’ll hear only the chirping of birds and the flow of the water. Yet you can reach the historic old town of Monschau—with its famous half-timbered houses, cozy cafés, and first-class restaurants—in just a few minutes on foot. The most beautiful hiking trails in the Eifel also start practically right outside your front door.

    Since 1927 known in Heimbach-Hasenfeld as Haus Fernblick, since April 2017 the "Eifelblümchen". You can book two vacation apartments, 4 double rooms and 3 single rooms with us. Three rooms and one of the apartments have their own terrace. In front of the house there is a wonderful garden for socializing or simply to read a good book in peace or to enjoy the splashing of the fountain.

The "Schenke" with its cozy atmosphere has been preserved in its original form. The warm ambience allows you to linger even after your meal. Here you can chat, play a game or simply enjoy a glass of wine ... Approx. 40 seats - everyone will find their favorite corner here. The restaurant seats approx. 45 guests, but you will still find modern comfort in the 12 individually and lovingly furnished hotel rooms. Various garden terraces around the house invite you to dream, enjoy or simply relax ... an oasis in spring and summer.
