The holiday apartment "Zum alten Landrat" is located in the heart of the old town.

It is a maisonette apartment with an internal staircase to the upper floor.

The apartment is located in a listed quarry stone house.

The rooms are spacious and bright.

The partially exposed roof beams create a cozy atmosphere.

In the sleeping area there are two double rooms and a triple room. An additional folding bed can be set up on an open gallery.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped, including a dishwasher.

There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower tray. There is also a toilet with sink.

The living/dining area has satellite TV, radio with CD player and plenty of seating.

There is space for bicycles in the entrance area of the house.

    Simmerath

    Our two vacation homes are each located on their own on a park-like hillside plot with mature trees and a fantastic view of the Rursee. They have large terraces and were completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2025. The natural bathing area in the Woffelsbacher Bucht can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (via stairs). There is a bathing platform for swimmers and sun worshippers will find plenty of space on the terraced sunbathing lawn, while the landing stage for the Rursee boat trip in Woffelsbach can be reached on foot in approx. 12 minutes (via steps).
