The vacation home is located in the idyllic Zerkall - below Nideggen and is the perfect place to spend a quiet yet eventful vacation with family or friends. Zerkall has its own train stop, which makes it easy to reach everything The detached vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and furnished with a lot of love and high standards. It has a new, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, large refrigerator, stove and oven. In the large living room is the dining area with a large dining table. The living room is furnished with a very nice modern, extendable couch, a flat screen TV, a music system and a fireplace. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms. Both with a double bed and 1 bedroom has an additional full bed. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and basin and a guest WC. In front of the house there is a lounge area and the absolute best thing is the 100 square meter roof terrace with a wonderful view of Nideggen Castle. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Parking is available in front of the house. Arrival: from 15:00 hrs Departure: until 11:00 hrs at the latest. During the summer vacation (NRW) a rental is only possible on a weekly basis. The use of WLAN is included. Pets are welcome.

Our house and our landscape are worth a visit. The rooms have central heating, shower/WC, bidet and are furnished in country style. Playground, sunbathing lawn.

The vacation home is located below Hengebach Castle directly at the spa gardens in the old town of Heimbach (in a play street). The completely renovated half-timbered house from 1901 stands on rock and meter-thick natural stone walls. 100sqm house has 6 rooms, 2 of which are bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people (+ child). On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, on the first floor a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, on the middle floor is the kitchen with access to the roof terrace and a living room with internet TV. On the first floor there is a wood-burning stove for cozy hours.
