You’ll be staying in a typical, historic, listed half-timbered house right in the heart of Monschau’s historic old town. The Rur River flows right past the house. Through the stone cellar, you have direct access to the water (small terrace by the river / space for 2 tables and 6 chairs).

A cozy living room invites you to linger and enjoy convivial moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a large dining table brings all guests together.

The vacation home also features 4 cozy double bedrooms, and one bedroom has a bed measuring 2.00 x 1.40 m.
Two bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet ensure ample comfort, even for larger groups.

    Typical cloth weaver's house, listed building and located in the town center. View of the Red House, castle, Haller. You can reach the bus stop Parkhaus Laufenstraße in approx. 2 minutes on foot, the market square in approx. 3-5 minutes, the indoor swimming pool and the Vennbahn cycle path in approx. 10 minutes. We have our own free parking lot!!! The "Nähkiste" has room for a maximum of 5 people. There is 1 double room with shower on the 1st floor and 1 double room and 1 single room in the attic. The bathroom for the attic rooms is on the 2nd floor. The garden terrace and a double swing with slide are also available on the 2nd floor.

    The stylish and modern furnished vacation apartments "Zimmermanns 1 and 2" are located in the Monschau district of Mützenich. They are located on the upper floor including the attic of the house and offer 60 m² of space for up to 4 people per apartment. The cozy living rooms are furnished with a sofa with sleeping function, TV and radio. The dining area and kitchen are located in the same room. The bathrooms on this floor have a shower, bathtub and WC. On the top floor are the bedrooms with a double bed and satellite TV. The wall cupboards in the hallway offer plenty of storage space for your luggage. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the meadows and the village. Sauna in the outdoor area for communal use. A parking space is available. Bicycles can be parked in the existing carport and e-bikes can be charged.     Located on the outskirts of Schmidt, right at the boundary of the Eifel National Park, the house Anne (semi-detached) combines relaxation in the forest with a magnificent view over the Rur Lake. The house accommodates four to six people. Two terraces invite you to sunbathe. The fully equipped kitchen has a serving hatch to the friendly dining room. From there, you enter a bright, cozy living room furnished with a sofa and armchair. Numerous hiking trails pass right by the house. The log cabin forms a unit with the neighboring house, which is privately used by the landlords. House Anne has a separate entrance.
