Family-friendly house, approx. 1.5 km above the Rursee, on the outskirts of Nideggen-Schmidt on the edge of the Eifel National Park. Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. Nordic walking courses for beginners and advanced. Running seminars with a Kenyan runner and supervision by a qualified sports instructor.

The completely renovated holiday home is located in a quiet area at the Eifel National Park. The holiday apartment is situated on the upper floor. It features three double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious living-dining area. In addition, there is a large garden available. 

Our two vacation homes are each located on their own on a park-like hillside plot with mature trees and a fantastic view of the Rursee. They have large terraces and were completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2025. The natural bathing area in the Woffelsbacher Bucht can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (via stairs). There is a bathing platform for swimmers and sun worshippers will find plenty of space on the terraced sunbathing lawn, while the landing stage for the Rursee boat trip in Woffelsbach can be reached on foot in approx. 12 minutes (via steps).

Take a vacation in the beautiful Hürtgenwald! Our vacation apartment is located on the upper floor with a separate entrance.

2 apartments in newly renovated semi-detached house, quiet location with well-kept park-like garden, winter garden, large lawn for sunbathing and playground. Good shopping facilities in a shopping center about 1000 meters away. Ideal starting point for hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig) and cycling tours (Vennbahntrasse, Ruruferradweg). To get to the Vennbahn cycle path or from there to the apartment, you have no inclines and the entrance is very close to the Ruruferradweg from Menzerath in Monschau Grünental possible. Great: enjoy a hiking vacation with a couple of friends, the two apartments can be combined for a stay. After eventful sightseeing, hiking, cycling and car tours, relax, listen to the birds and yet conveniently located to the old town, national park, High Fens, wilderness trail and neighboring countries. The apartments and kitchens are fully equipped; ground floor with winter garden, upper floor with gallery.
