The famous Eifelsteig trail and the historic old town of Monschau are just a few minutes' walk away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Vennbahnweg/Ravel can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.

This charming vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance. An elegant spiral staircase leads you up to all the rooms, which are located on the top floor of the house.

The spacious 80 m² apartment offers comfortable space for two people.

A checkroom and a separate guest WC await you on the first floor. All other rooms are located on the top floor.

The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and the decorative fireplace in the living room area creates a cozy atmosphere. From the dining area you can enjoy a wonderful view over the valley of Monschau.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Senseo Twist coffee machine.

The cozy bedroom under the sloping roof has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) with high-quality mattresses.

The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

A parking space is available right outside the front door for easy access.

Sunny balcony, kitchen with stove and oven, one double bedroom plus a single bed, living room with a comfortable sofa and large TV, and a sleeper sofa with a spring mattress for two people, bathroom with shower/tub and bidet. The Buchenzauber vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not permitted indoors, on the porch, or anywhere on the property. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Please note that no “listed” dogs or dogs classified as dangerous are permitted. When booking, you can add a vacation for one or up to two dogs to your shopping cart.     Our house is located between the Monschau districts of Mützenich and Kalterherberg on the L106 country road, on the edge of the North Eifel Nature Park and the Hohes Venn moorland. Within a radius of 2 km you will find hiking and cycling trails that will lead you to your nature experience. The old town of Monschau, restaurants and shops are just a few kilometers away and the vacation apartments on the edge of the forest invite you to relax. Both apartments are located in the same house, on the left the apartment Brettbaum and on the right apartment Kirmessief, each with its own entrance. The respective outdoor areas are located directly next to the apartments. The parking lot is directly at the house. The wallbox 11KW - 400 volt plug TYPE 2 provides charging for your electric car while you enjoy your free time. Books, indoor and outdoor games are available for you. The table tennis table, swing and slide offer fun for young and old. You are also welcome to use the lockable bicycle garage. It is equipped with bicycle repair tools and a power connection. You can obtain hiking and cycling maps and recommendations for excursions directly from us. In addition, extensive material with tour suggestions is available. The bus stop directly at the house facilitates your tour planning. The property also has a fruit tree meadow and plenty of space to play, or you can simply enjoy your time out. Guests have written poems or compiled photos of our region in photo books with travel stories. This shows that the guests have felt very much at home.
