Nideggen is particularly well known for the climbing and nature reserve "Buntsandsteinfelsen im Rurtal". Cyclists and hikers appreciate the area for its well-developed network of cycle paths and around 300 kilometers of hiking trails, and water sports enthusiasts will also find their stomping ground on the Rur and the nearby lakes. Good shopping facilities in a shopping center about 1000 meters away. Ideal starting point for hikes (e.g. Eifelsteig) and cycling tours (Vennbahntrasse, Ruruferradweg). To get to the Vennbahn cycle path or from there to the apartment, you have no inclines and the entrance is very close to the Ruruferradweg from Menzerath in Monschau Grünental possible. Great: enjoy a hiking vacation with a couple of friends, the two apartments can be combined for a stay. After eventful sightseeing, hiking, cycling and car tours, relax, listen to the birds and yet conveniently located to the old town, national park, High Fens, wilderness trail and neighboring countries. The apartments and kitchens are fully equipped; ground floor with winter garden, upper floor with gallery.

The Elbershof is a historic property from the year 1778 in the heart of Monschau. The building combines history with modern comfort and offers 13 stylish apartments. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and comfortable bedrooms.

We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old construction method and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.
