The Hetzingen campsite is in a wonderful location in the Eifel National Park, directly on the Rur, which is famous for its clear water. Opposite, the romantic Nideggen Castle rises on a steep hillside (325m above sea level). The Rursee lake is only a few kilometers away and the countless excursion possibilities in the surrounding area offer variety during your vacation. The campsite is an ideal starting point for sightseeing (Cologne / Aachen / Monschau ...), culture lovers, climbing enthusiasts, cyclists, kayakers and hikers. In the midst of an almost untouched natural landscape, you have the opportunity to enjoy the clear air and especially the prevailing peace and quiet and to relax completely. The entrance to the new Eifel National Park is just a 5-minute walk from the campsite. Our self-service store with daily fresh baked goods as well as our restaurant with international cuisine and Balkan specialties will take care of your physical well-being. Whether you opt for a camping vacation or a stay in one of our chalets, rental caravans, barrels or vacation apartments - the Hetzingen campsite offers you plenty of space and privacy to relax! The free-standing house (about 70 sqm) with a fenced garden is located on the outskirts of Einruhr and is situated directly on the edge of the forest. The modern furnishings provide comfort for two people for a relaxing vacation. All rooms are on the ground floor: bedroom (for 2 people), bathroom with shower, open-plan living area with adjoining kitchen. The unusual octagonal design gives the holiday home a very special, bright atmosphere during the day; at night, you can gaze at the stars. Enjoy the many possibilities to shape your day: on the large terrace, you can soak up the sun. A covered pavilion also offers the opportunity to spend the day/evening outdoors even in less favorable weather. The Octagon holiday home is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig and in the national park or around the Rursee. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the natural swimming pool Einruhr as well as the ship landing stage of the 'white fleet'. Many dining establishments can also be reached within a few minutes on foot. In about 30 minutes by car, you can reach the imperial city of Aachen. Our house is a non-smoking house. Bringing a small dog is possible by arrangement. A carport and several parking spaces are located directly at the house. We look forward to your visit.

The log cabin is located in a side street right on the edge of the forest and has direct access to the Eifel hiking trails.

The approximately 90 m² house "Schöne Aussicht am Eifelsteig" in the district of Widdau offers space for 6 people, it is equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 sofa bed in the living room). 1 bathroom with shower bath, sink and toilet. An additional guest toilet is available. Two further sinks are in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine and all the usual tools. Living and dining room with open fireplace and satellite TV. There is also the exit to one of the two terraces; from the southwest terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful Rur valley and in the evening you have a wonderful view of the clear starry sky. A large, east-facing terrace is ideal for a sunny breakfast. Two outdoor terraces/garden furniture, lounge area in the courtyard and charcoal grill available. Use of the garage is free. Parking spaces available at the house. Free WiFi. Non-smoking house No pets allowed!
