Located on the outskirts of Schmidt, right at the boundary of the Eifel National Park, the house Anne (semi-detached) combines relaxation in the forest with a magnificent view over the Rur Lake. The house accommodates four to six people. Two terraces invite you to sunbathe. The fully equipped kitchen has a serving hatch to the friendly dining room. From there, you enter a bright, cozy living room furnished with a sofa and armchair. Numerous hiking trails pass right by the house. The log cabin forms a unit with the neighboring house, which is privately used by the landlords. House Anne has a separate entrance. Quietly located in the countryside, bright and modern: Hiking and forest trails, a supermarket, star park and a playground are within easy reach. Sunny balcony, kitchen with stove and oven, a double room plus a single bed, in the living room beautiful sofa with large TV and a sofa bed with spring mattress for two people, bathroom with shower/bathtub and bidet. The vacation apartment Buchenzauber is a non-smoking apartment. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Please note that listed dogs and dogs classified as dangerous are not allowed. When booking, you can add the vacation for one or a maximum of two dogs to the shopping cart. Please let us know the breed of dog.

The square is at ground level, partly paved, the rest is paved with chippings and equipped with lighting. Some trees give the site a bit of atmosphere. Pitches for 19 motorhomes - also suitable for "big ships" (2 pitches for vehicles up to 11m).

We offer space for 2 to 7 people for families and small groups in a cozy vacation home with courtyard. The house was built in 1885 and later repeatedly extended and remodeled. This left a unique character with many special features. Especially on the upper floor, the low ceiling height of the two-bed room reflects the age of the house. During the renovation and design of the vacation home, special attention was paid to the old construction method and treated with loving care. We would like to point out that the vacation home is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Dogs on request. The visitor's tax is charged by the town of Heimbach in the amount of € 0.75 per day. This will be charged additionally by us. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Deposit: We take the liberty of requesting a deposit of 100€ before the rental. If there are no defects, this will be refunded to your account within one week of departure.
