The vacation home impresses with its tasteful and very good furnishings. One bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds are located on the upper floor. There are two bathrooms and a sauna with shower area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The hotel and restaurant are very popular with hikers and are ideal as a stopover at the end of the first stage of the Eifelsteig. The "Roetgen Therme" wellness oasis with 7 saunas (including the Eifel sweat lodge, the Himalayan Kirstall salt sauna, the aroma bath and the blossom bath, among others) and 5 pools is directly accessible from the hotel. The highlight is the large open-air seawater pool (heated all year round) in the 5000 m² spa park. A small but fine hotel - directly above one of Germany's leading wellness facilities. Guests can access the Roetgen thermal baths directly from their hotel room. The hotel is located in Roetgen's 200-year-old post office and, with its mighty walls, fits in perfectly with the Eifel tradition.

In addition to the wide range of leisure activities on the farm, the surrounding area offers a broad spectrum of activities. The pristine landscape of the Rureifel is an incomparable terrain for exploring on foot, on horseback or by bike. The surrounding area offers a wide range of attractions, from the maize maze in Bubenheim to the tropical swimming pool in Kreuzau, interesting historical places with tradition and a wide range of restaurants and not least a variety of outdoor sports such as climbing/canoeing or nature explorations.the Bosselbacher-Hof is a real adventure farm. A petting zoo, adventure playground, play barn, riding stables, beach volleyball, football pitch, table tennis table, outdoor swimming pool 300m away, various children's vehicles and a barbecue area with campfire site have something to offer everyone! From riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders to rides in the surrounding woods, there is something for everyone - we, the three generations of the Kaulen family, look forward to welcoming you! Our farm is one of a very special kind; shaped by the lives of many generations and always run with great passion, it used to be used for dairy farming. We have converted it into a horse farm and are now fulfilling our dream of a vacation farm with many different animals. Together with them we live on the Bosselbacher-Hof, embedded in meadows and forests, on the outskirts of the village of Vossenack (near Düren) The vacation apartments on the Bosselbacher Hof are newly built (end of 2008) and have been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. The original, rustic character of the building has been preserved, for example in the high wooden ceilings and the old, restored original beams. The special rural flair and the lovely furnishings create a cozy feel-good atmosphere.

Spend your vacation within historic walls! Our vacation apartments are located in the over 250-year-old manor house of Vlatten Castle, in the middle of a beautiful park with old trees, medieval ruins and many enchanted corners.the history of the castle can be traced back to the Middle Ages. Initially, there were two castles in Vlatten: the upper castle and the lower castle. While the lower castle has disappeared today, the upper castle has survived over the centuries. The ruins from the 14th century, especially the impressive round tower, are now part of the picturesque park. In the 19th century, the castle was converted into a representative manor house; later, the residential building and the farmyard were separated by a wall. The two-winged residential building was given a historicizing tower on the east side in 1908, and the castle changed hands several times over the centuries until it was finally bought at auction by the industrialist Julius Rüttgers from Berlin in 1882. He gave the castle to his daughter Emilie, wife of Major General Ernst Freiherr von Gagern, in 1883. The von Gagern family still live in the castle today. A well-known member of the noble family was Heinrich Freiherr von Gagern, the president of the first German National Assembly in 1848. However, he died three years before the castle came into the possession of the family. Our vacation apartments are stylishly and comfortably furnished and ensure a pleasant indoor climate thanks to healthy building materials such as clay plaster and wood.
