Sing Your Praise to the Lord - Concert by the Neue Wege Choir from Erftstadt

In spring 2026, the choir Neue Wege from Erftstadt was a guest at the Salvatorkirche in Heimbach for its rehearsal weekend and took over the musical arrangement of a Sunday mass. Due to the warm feedback after this mass, the singers under choir director Johannes Speckamp look forward to another visit in Heimbach. 

On Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., the choir Neue Wege presents a concert with modern spiritual songs in the Church of St. Clemens in Heimbach under the motto "Sing your praise to the Lord." 

In the song that gives the concert its title, it means in essence: 
Come all and let us sing together for the Lord! 
And that's exactly what the choir intends: It will sing for and also with the audience. Well-known hymns with new arrangements will therefore also be part of the program.
