Vienna Dreams in Italy: Viennese operetta meets waltz and Italian aria

Founded from the Camerata Aquisgrana in 2019, the Euregio Chamber Orchestra, as a professional young orchestra made up of graduates and students from music universities in NRW, plays a significant role in the cultural life of the Eifel. Numerous members are prize winners of international music competitions and perform solo both nationally and internationally. Furthermore, the members of the Euregio Chamber Orchestra are also engaged in the German state orchestras. Following the flood disaster in 2021, the Euregio Chamber Orchestra decided to take on the role of a cultural impetus for the affected flood areas. Young musicians want to encourage those affected through music. Therefore, they will present numerous concerts in the districts of Heinsberg, Düren, Aachen, and Euskirchen. With virtuosic joy of playing, balanced ensemble sound, and interpretive sovereignty, the chamber orchestra stands for outstanding quality. Renowned guest conductors from both within Germany and abroad, such as Conrad van Alphen, Alfredo Oyaguez Montero, and Björn Wiede, have been engaged as musical directors of the chamber orchestra.
