Whoever, like the community of Roetgen, has been regularly “visited” by the a-cappella sounds of the Lovely Mr Singing Club for more than 30 years, automatically evolves into a kind of stronghold of a-cappella singing. And whoever, like the aforementioned Lovely Mr Singing Club, travels through the lands with this music for such a long time, of course, gets to know many like-minded individuals dedicated to this special art form. It is only natural to invite musical companions to Roetgen to offer the audience an interesting, varied a-cappella evening.
The festival ACappella is already in its 8th edition and takes place for the 3rd time in the Bürgersaal in Roetgen.
This time with the following groups:

Wash Queens – the wash queens from Bonn!
The Wash Queens have devoted themselves body and soul to the original form of a-cappella singing, the Barbershop. With a lot of vigor and energy, the four bring their songs everywhere, in the kitchen, under the garage roof, in the waiting room at the dentist, at the local pub around the corner... or even in the laundrette instead of the hair salon.

DTNR – The Ticken Nicht Richtig
Tanja Raich, Angèle Frissen, Susanne Winkhold, Luc Nelissen, Renaud Clermont, Thomas Thissen - this is the a-cappella formation DTNR. Inspired by groups like The Real Group, Rajaton, and Pentatonix
