Blessing of Horses and Pets in Huppenbroich
This year, the traditional blessing of horses and pets will also take place in Huppenbroich.
On horseback, at the reins, or on a leash - the chapel association invites all horse and animal lovers who want to ask for a divine blessing for their four-legged friends.
At 1 PM, everyone will gather at the end of Victoriastraße behind the sports club of Victoria Huppenbroich. The procession will start moving at 2 PM, led as always by the Aachen city riders. The procession will cover about three kilometers over the Huppenbroicher height and back to the clubhouse. Here, the blessing will be performed by Pastor Michael Stoffels.
Afterwards, there will be refreshments: snacks, drinks, coffee, and cake.
