Kraremann Day 2026 in Simmerath

On the first Sunday in May, Simmerath traditionally has a lot to offer, as the Kraremannstag attracts guests from near and far to shop, indulge, and discover!

The day starts off sporty with the Kraremannslauf organized by Hansa Simmerath. Runners of all ages can compete against each other over various distances. From the 200-meter stretch around the Simmerath church, to the 4 km distance of the Volkslauf, and up to the 10 km run for the ambitious recreational athletes. The 10 km Karemannlauf is also part of the ranking for the Eifel Cup!

Starting at 11 a.m., many clubs and organizations will once again present themselves and their diverse activities. The colorful club landscape is one of the many trademarks of the region that shapes the social life of Simmerath.

A varied musical stage program offers atmospheric rhythms and catchy melodies.

Of course, the Simmerath Street Food Festival also lures visitors with culinary delights.
