Guided hike "Four Peaks Tour Heimbach"
Experience an unforgettable Whitsun Sunday on a challenging hike. We start our tour in the picturesque town of Heimbach. Surrounded by four striking mountains, this tour offers the perfect opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of the region up close. Our hike starts with a climb up the Meuchelberg, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Heimbach reservoir and the Jugendsil power station. Learn the story of how this mountain got its name and be amazed by the fascinating view.

From here, the trail leads us along narrow, idyllic hiking trails down to the town and immediately up a steep climb to the Bildchesberg, also affectionately known as "Luna". After this tour, you will understand why this mountain has this nickname - let yourself be surprised! We then hike through beech and oak forests whose history is deeply connected to Heimbach. During the descent, we get our first glimpse of the highest mountain on the tour, the Pflanzberg. Its pine forests and impressive silence invite you to pause for a moment. Listen to the birdsong and let yourself be enchanted by the peaceful, almost mystical atmosphere. Finally, the hike takes us up another steep climb to the Sonnenberg. First through a dense pine forest, which increasingly turns into a mixed forest. A final view of the surrounding mountains and the town of Heimbach awaits you here.
